How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and reseller, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or email us at support@baybossshop.live and we'll help.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time from Settings → Billing. Your shop keeps access until the end of the period you've paid for. See also Paddle's refund policy.
